When Matthew Peterson was young, his family often didn’t have much to eat. On his birthday, his mother was making pancakes from white flour, which Matthew had been looking forward to all day. At dinner, just as Matthew was about to eat the pancakes, one of the neighbors came by. The neighbor admitted that he didn’t have anything to feed his daughters with, and Matthew’s mother gave most of the pancakes to the neighbor. After that, Matthew’s family was blessed, and the worst of their difficulties ended.
