2007 LDS Film Festival

Richard Dutcher co-stars in this film based on real-life events in 1973. Shot by Emmy-winning cinematographer Ozzie Smith, the story revolves around five LDS high school seniors who face a life-or-death crisis when a drug dealer seeks revenge for the actions of an LDS cop (Dutcher). Within a matter of hours they each face a terrible question: How far will they go to save a friend? Set on the night that "American Graffiti" premiered in George Lucas's hometown, this film is shot mostly on location and includes over 300 vintage cars and wall-to-wall music. As the film transports you back in time, you'll remember that when it comes to being a friend, some things never change.
