Poetry by nineteenth- and twentieth-century women of Mormon heritage has been arranged for dramatic effect to create a narrative that traces Mormon women's lives. Dramatically interpreted by actresses and singers, many of the poems are set to original music composed by pianist Harriet Petherick Bushman.
Originally a stage production, Discoveries was filmed at the LDS Motion Picture Studio.
