Luke Manning, a street-wise investigative reporter from New York City, is assigned to spend one year in Utah, infiltrate a Mormon ward, and uncover "the truth" about the LDS Church and it's members. Luke feels his success is certain, but along the way Luke disovers these people exhibit traits he has rarely seen before - kidness, compassion, and sincerity, to name a few.
