Jenny, an LDS girl from Utah, begins NYU's dance program. In New York she makes friends with an LDS film student and falls in love with a decidedly non-LDS musician. Eventually she is faced with the choice of whether to follow her infatuation or marry within the faith.

This is Ryan Little's first theatrical feature film, preceding the much more successful Saints and Soldiers. It was released near the 2002 Winter Olympics head-to-head against The Singles Ward, and hence was quickly withdrawn, to be put out again a few months later. Some exteriors were shot in New York, but others and all the interiors were shot in Utah.
