Charlotte, a Latter-day Saint woman who is tired of celibacy, goes to a bar and is picked up by an inactive Latter-day Saint man. They spend the night talking together, and he convinces her to join him for Sunday dinner at his mother's house. His mother is convinced that Charlotte is perfect for him, and he begins to agree. He asks Charlotte to marry him and, although she isn't ready to accept, she recognizes a good thing in front of her and wants to take advantage of it while she can.
