Maggie Foster is frustrated that her husband, Allan, spends all his time at work and doesn't seem to care about her or feel anything toward their son's death. Her husband becomes convinced that she only married him for his money and doesn't love him. He enlists in the army to go to India despite his health problems. Maggie goes into her late son's room to pray, but she finds Allan praying there expressing how much he loves his wife and son. Maggie asks for his forgiveness, and the two reconcile.
